  InterSystems IRIS® for Health provides a base HL7® FHIR® server implementation with an internal FHIR resource repository for storing and managing FHIR resources. In this exercise, you will see how to set up a FHIR server and integrate it with an application to interact with patient data.

  • Set up a FHIR resource repository using InterSystems IRIS for Health.
  • Use a REST client to manually interact with the FHIR server via a FHIR RESTful API.
