  • How do I register for an account?

    • Click Register in the main menu above (visible only if you are not currently logged in) and follow the on-screen directions to create an account.
    • If you prefer, these directions will walk you through the process step-by-step.
    • How do I sign up for a course?

      • You may access our introductory courses without logging in to learn the basics about InterSystems products and technologies and view resource guides.
      • Log in to access in-depth and customer-specific content and learning paths, and track your progress and learning history.
        • Use your existing InterSystems or WRC Direct credentials to log in.
        • If you do not have an account, create a new one.
      • What are the requirements for taking an online course on this system?

        • The courses work best with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari, or with Internet Explorer version 10 or above.
        • Adobe Flash player 10 is required to view some content.
        • Who do I contact if I experience a technical issue while taking an online course?

          Click the Report Issue button on the right side of any page to report your issue.

          • Who do I contact if I have a question about the content of a course?

            • What is the cost of taking an online course?

              Online courses are offered free of charge. InterSystems Corporation reserves the right to change this policy in the future.

              • How do I suggest new topics?

                Submit your suggestion to OnlineTraining@intersystems.com.

                • Is there a way for me to be notified when new courses are added to the system?

                  Sign up for our mailing list to receive updates about InterSystems Learning Services initiatives.

                  • Can I download a copy of Caché to follow along with the courses?

                    You can download a free single-user license of Caché from the Software Downloads page on the InterSystems website. Supported customers can also download pre-released versions of Ensemble and HealthShare from the same link using their WRC login.

                    Copies of Ensemble and HealthShare are not available in a free trial version.

                    • Why won't my course launch?

                      When launching/starting a course, if you see on of the following, there's a problem:

                      All of these issues can typically be corrected by using clearing your browser's cache:

                      1. Close all browser windows
                      2. Open one browser window
                      3. Clear the cache as directed by your browser's documentation
                      4. Proceed to learning.InterSystems.com, log in, and re-launch the course.

                      If you are still unable to launch the course, please click the Report Issue button on the right side of the screen and let us know which course you are trying to launch.  A screen-shot of the error will help us in the troubleshooting process.
