Building BPL Business Processes
Learn how to build a BPL business process using the Business Process Designer in the Management Portal. Then, practice what you have learned with hands-on exercises.

Prerequisite Learning or Experience You should have basic knowledge of InterSystems production architecture and know how to add components to the Production Configuration page. It is also recommended that you take Building Custom Business Operations (online course, 1h 30m), which includes the setup of the scenario used in this course.
You do not need to know how to write code using InterSystems ObjectScript, as this will be done using a graphical editor.
Audience This course is intended for software developers and interface engineers who need to create business processes in InterSystems IRIS® data platform, InterSystems IRIS for Health™, or HealthShare®.
