  The InterSystems Cloud Delivery team manages most of the operational aspects of running your Health Connect Cloud deployments, including regular backups, software maintenance, vulnerability scans, high availability and disaster recovery tests, system monitoring, and data integrity testing. Network firewall configuration and VPN setups are handled by your organization's network administrators.
