  Learn how to build a message router and set rules for routing messages within an HL7® V2 production.

  Message routers bring message routing logic to productions; they are a type of process host that uses configurable rules to filter messages and send them to appropriate targets such as outbound hosts or other process hosts.

  In this exercise, you will create a new production from within the Management Portal. Then, you will build a message router and set rules for routing messages within the production. Use the online lab provided with this course to complete the exercise steps.
