ICC330: CCR Tier 0 — Auxiliary Tools and Transitions
Learn additional peer review options in the CCR workflow as well as how to reassign a CCR, how to disable go-LIVE emails, and how and when to use the additional transitions outside the normal workflow, including merge, clone, changeSpec, cancel, and requestOverride. Most CCR users will benefit from the material in this course.

Audience This course is intended for anyone who uses the InterSystems CCR application who should know additional tools for peer review and transitions outside the standard workflow.

Resources Needed Workflow Diagram. This diagram shows all possible states and transitions for a CCR in a workflow that includes BASE, TEST, UAT, and LIVE. If your system does not have one of these environments, your workflow will skip that phase.
